    Location just off Porto Alegre as well as good restaurants, drug stores and more. Extra care from the extremely friendly and friendly staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a safe, TV and a Nespresso machine in the room.

    During check-in, we faced unnecessary scrutiny. The staff's request for our children's birth certificates felt discriminative given our matching surnames. The suite was poorly maintained with damaged amenities and missing items that were promised online.

    great family accommodation, but service could improve

    We had a spacious room with beautiful views, providing plenty of space for my daughters to play. The staff were attentive, especially one member who ensured our safety while my husband was unwell. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to major malls and nearby pizza restaurants like Balcone Pizzeria.

    While the overall service was good, I felt there were moments when more proactive assistance was needed.
